Sliding Blast-Resistant Gates

Sliding blast-resistant gates are designed to close an opening measuring 3600 ร— 3600 mm. The approximate gate-leaf size is 4000 ร— 4200 mm. The structure is equipped with an electric drive and a travel mechanism with a lifting capacity of up to 10 tonnes.

The gate leaf moves along an I-beam guide on a set of suspended trolleys. Bottom support guides are provided, with a 30 mm-wide groove in the floor.

The gates are designed to withstand a single exposure to a FAB-250 high-explosive aerial bomb, equivalent to 250 kg of TNT, at a distance of 12 metres without penetration of the gate leaf.

Large-Format Gates

Large-format gate They are designed to block large technological and transport openings at nuclear power plants, fuel and energy complex enterprises, industrial sites, special and regime facilities.

The design is developed for the dimensions of the opening, operating conditions, direction of opening and requirements for protective characteristics. The type of opening, locking system, drive and installation method are agreed with the customer at the design stage.

Possible crack-resistant, bullet-resistant, explosion-resistant or fire-resistant performance, as well as a combination of several protective characteristics in one design.

Hack resistance

Enhanced design of canvases, frames, hinges and locking systems for controlled access to the protected area.

Bulletproofness

Protective filling and design solutions are selected in accordance with the required level of bullet resistance.

Explosion resistance

The canvases, support frame and mounting units are calculated on the specified parameters of the impact of the shock wave.

Fire resistance

It is possible to develop a gate with the required fire resistance limit and compatibility with the fire protection system of the object.

Designing for a major opening

Important: specific classes of burglary resistance, bullet resistance, explosion resistance and the fire resistance limit are determined by the specification, calculations, product configuration and supporting documents for the selected execution.
